How does the travel work?

For a standard service booking, travel is calculated @ £0.45p per mile unless otherwise stated.


Spacial offers calculations


Basic Travel = Travel up to 50 miles allowance


Advance Travel = Travel up to 100 miles allowance + £45.00 if added on to basic travel


Super Travel = Travel up to 150 miles allowance + £90.00 if added on to basic travel



Other forms of transport


Train Fare  = The Train Fare is calculated and worked out suing the latest figures on the National Rail enquires website. Seven Stars Agency Ltd hold no responsibility for the change in Fare Prices

Notification of prices is given before any Booking Agreement is made


Flights = Flights are calculated using the most viable airline. This depends on the Artist(s) start point and your event Location.


Hotel = If a Hotel is needed the price will  be dependent on the local prices

It might be cheaper!

SSA Agents make sure you get the lowest form of added Travel fee. So sometimes it might be more viable for Artists to travel by Train or Plane depending on where you are?


Hotels can save you money!

If you book an Artist(s) over consecutive nights, sometimes it might be more viable & cost affective for the Artist(s) to stay in a local hotel
