Proof of booking


Seven Stars Agency will send you a confirmation of your booking via email if you have included an email address once the agreements are made. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by post.


You should receive this one business week (Monday through to Friday excluding public holidays) after your final agreement forms have been signed.

Availability


Seven Stars Agency makes every effort to supply the service/product you require, but given the popularity of some of our services, there may be occasions when we cannot supply your required product or service. Under these circumstance Seven Stars Agency will suggest an alternative of equal value or  superior value.


Seven Stars Agency reserves the right to change the number of  “Artists” available for booking at any time.



Seven Stars Agency agreement


Your use of the Seven Stars Agency Workshop and entertainment services is on the terms of the contract written up and signed at the time of booking. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable booking before any confirmation is given. (Terms and Conditions will either be emailed or posted to you)


There are a number of steps made clear that you will need to abide by.


The contract is usually made up of three parties:


1. Seven Stars Agency ” The Agent”


2. You ”The client” and


3. The Services booked “The Artist”.

All parties must agree to the terms, in order for the contract to be valid.

Cancellations & Amendments


As soon as you realise that you need to change your booking please let us know through phone only.


If we Cancel

Due to the nature of the services, on rare occasions Seven Stars Agency may not be able to supply the service that you have  booked.


Occasions include sickness of the Artist, double booking, dispute of contract or situations out of our control.  As soon as Seven Stars Agency learn of the such happenings we will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Seven Stars Agency may suggest an alternative service/product that might meet your requirements. If you do not wish to take the alternative service/ product, Seven Stars Agency  will cancel your booking. You will be offered a full refund or credit note.

At Seven Stars Agency we are keen to ensure that all of our customers are delighted with their Seven Stars Agency experience and we genuinely value all feedback and suggestions.

When things do go wrong we would welcome the opportunity to put them right.


Our support team will be happy to speak to you, just dial 01704 568 723. We are available between 9.30 am and 5pm each day except saturdays when we are available between 9.30am and 12 pm and sundays we are closed.
