What are the extra charges?

✴Car

The Car traveling expenses are charged at £00.37p per mile (Subject to change at anytime) and is calculated by distance the artist has to travel between their start destination and the location of the workshop.

✴Train fare.

The train fare is worked out by the Artists start point and event location. Seven Stars Agency always use the Nation Rail calculator www.nationalrail.co.uk

✴Coach

The coach fare is work out by the Artists start point and event location. Seven Stars Agency always use the National Express calculator.

✴Flights

The flights charges are worked out by the Artists closest airport and airport closest to the event.

Seven Stars Agency always use the most competitive Airliner.

Extra travel charges

For Trains, Coach, Flight some time additional bus or taxi fare may apply.

Extra Materials

Certain workshops will require extra materials. ‘Material charges’ are based on the type of workshops you are booking and the number of participants. These prices are specific to each workshop, some have no extra charges

but some do. Please take note of this when thinking about booking.

The material charges will automatically be added to your total. (You will be notified at the time of booking)

You can opt not to have these charges added by saying “No” when asked, but we do recommend you include it because you as ‘the client‘ will be required to supply the materials otherwise.

How long does a workshop last?

The session length is up to you. We recommend that each session is at least 4-5 hours long in order for participants to gain the full benefits.

A full ‘1 day’ workshop allows you to have up to 6 hours on floor time.

Breakdown example 6 hour day

Example only

= 5 x 50 minute sessions + 45 minute break

or

3 x 1 hour 45 minute sessions with a sort break and a presentation at the end.

Child Protection Policy

Seven Stars Agency take child protection very seriously. Everyone of our Artist must abide by our Child protection policy and hold an enhanced/standard CRB before partaking in any workshop or activity.
