We will then be able to check the booking details and get back to you as soon as possible to advise if the amendment is possible and if it will incur a refund or additional charge.

If you need to change details within the first 7 days from the time you made your booking it is free of charge. There after typical amendment fees are at least £10-25 in addition to the charge levied by Seven Stars Agency Ltd, all fees will be advised prior to any amendment occurring.

Mistakes

If there is a mistake on your confirmation email please contact us as soon as possible so make any amendments. if you do not check through your confirmation details and leave it for more than 7 days after you receive booking confirmation you may be liable to pay amendment fees.

How can I pay for my booking?

If you have not booked yet you will be given the option of either BACS or Cheque when filling out your online booking form. Seven Stars Agency Ltd normally require the deposit within 10 days from the date you made the booking. We then require you to pay the outstanding balance 7 days before the event date. Please note that if you wish to arrange alternative payment scheme then please contact us directly to discuss.

How do I get my conformation email?

Once you have gone through the booking process with on of our agents you will be sent a form you will need to fill out, along with that form you will receive an unique Client ID beginning with with REF: this is unique to you and will be need every time you call or email us regarding your booking.

Can I change my booking details?

Yes, details can be changed on the booking, however this does vary depending on what you have booked.
