Break it, to make with the SSA Break Dance Workshop
With a mixture of warm ups ice breakers, freestyle routines and interaction this workshop is great for everyone! Each workshop or class is tailored around the level and age of the participants, so all are welcome to attend. The Breakdance workshop combines hip hop music with street and Body popping. The workshops are a great way to keep fit and can contribute toward a healthy life style.

Please note; workshops may involve music which sometime can be at a loud volume which can affect certain participants with either hearing problems or disabilities such as Autism.

The SSA Breakdance workshop works great as a indepedntant work a 4, 8 or even 12 week course but also works well as part of a show.
